Bruce Anderson grew up on the West Indian islands of Trinidad and Tobago and it was there on the family cocoa and coffee estate that he began his relationship with horses. He learned to ride on the estate and then represented his country on the National Show Jumping Team. From there, he moved on to breeding farms at home, in the U.K. and in the U.S. Bruce earned an agricultural degree from Merristwood College, Worplesdon, England. His 35+ year career training horses has spanned Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, and Thoroughbred Racing industry settings in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. A selected presenter for the 2018 World Equestrian Games, 2020 EQUITANA USA, and 2021-2023 Presenter for the Art of the Horseman Fair, 

Bruce works with Nature's View and The Marley Project, Inc. to provide sessions in Equine Assisted Learning for counselors and mental health professionals, law enforcement agencies, school and church groups across the southeastern US. He also enjoys working with horse owners and their horses to assist them in building better relationships.

Julianne Neal is a life-long horse lover with a passion for Dressage, Education and Visual and Performing Arts. She recently retired after a 35 year career in Educational Administration, serving as a Music/Theatre Teacher, Coordinator of Gifted and Talented Artistic Programs and Coordinator of Visual and Performing Arts. She owns and operates THORNFIELD, a dressage boarding and training facility. Upon retiring in 2022, she launched a career in media production through JA Media Connections LLC, specializing in content creation through film and podcasts.

Julianne works with Nature's View and The Marley Project, Inc. to provide sessions in Equine Assisted Learning in Education for students, teachers, individuals and teams through strategic planning, curriculum development and Arts/Arts Integration experiences.  She also documents the work through film and podcast content creation.

Marcia is a life-long horse lover with a passion for helping others. She is a Board Member for the Equine Rescue and Adoption Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit in Palm City, Florida, now celebrating more than 20 years of service to at risk horses. She is licensed through EAGALA through Level 1 and has provided services in North Carolina and Florida. She is also a distributor for BEMER, focusing on equine wellness.

Lynn Carnes accelerates change and unleashes leadership performance in organizations; especially in the context of challenges without easy answers. She has over thirty years of experience in leading people, managing change projects, developing leaders, and client management. With a background in banking and finance, she quickly grasps the essence of a business and what drives its success. Lynn approaches change management, leadership development and coaching with a practical focus that connects effective concepts and principles to real work.

Carolyn Swinton is the former Chief Nurse Executive for Prisma Health in South Carolina. She is the Founder and CEO of Reveille Executive Coaching and Consulting Services whose mission is to support those individuals and organizations who seek a new way to awaken their gifts, skills, and talents to achieve personal and professional mastery to live their best lives. Reveille offers individual and group coaching, and nurse leadership development programs, and leadership assessments. Healthcare consulting services includes the development of staffing models, practice readiness strategies through partnership with schools of nursing, pipeline program strategies to support long-term stabilization of staff, and best practices to improve operational performance.

Carolyn works with Nature's View and The Marley Project, Inc. on program development to provide sessions in Equine Assisted Learning in self-awareness, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision making.

Jen Maneely is the Founder & President at Maneely Consulting, Inc. She has dedicated the last decade to helping parents of addicts develop the awareness, strength and skills necessary to navigate the rough waters of addiction.
Drawing on experience as a leadership consultant, Jen uses an executive coaching approach
to working with parents.
She is trained in what it takes for an addict to get their life back and has spent years teaching family members how to respond to the addicts to prevent the families from unintentionally supporting the addict in their self-sabotage and destructive patterns of behaviors.

Vicki King is the former Owner-Operator at Vicki Smith's Dance Studio where she taught tap, jazz and ballet for 30+ years. Upon retirement from the studio, she served as Executive Director for the Orangeburg County Fine Arts Center before founding the visual art content creative, Vicki's Art.  

Vicki works with Nature's View and The Marley Project, Inc. to provide Arts and Arts Integration experiences for participants and clients.
