Some of our favorite community events are Marley's Literary Fests. Whether we bring Marley or one of his rescued herd-mates, we love to introduce our equines to new friends and spread the word in the community about Equine Assisted Learning. Many times, a Marley's Literary Fest will allow us to expand our services to new clients, but it may also help us showcase the power of horses for healing.
One of our favorite Arts Integration projects included a partnership with Visual Arts Educator Kimi Daly at Fairfield Magnet School for Math and Science when the elementary art students in her Honors classes illustrated one of our short stories, "Finding AlphA."
Take a journey with Marley, Curry and Trini to learn about a new word, AlphA. With a catchy story in the style of the children's book favorite "Are You My Mother," "Finding AlphA" is the first in a series of books featuring Marley and his friends at Meadow View Farm.
